    - Ca la Trini Picotxa is a space without smoke - Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

    - No access is allowed pets.

    - Ca la Trini Picotxa not responsible for objects or personal belongings that may get lost , to damage or disappeared during their stay

    - The apartment is suitable for two people at most.

    - Any anomaly will find the client ; put it in knowledge of the company immediately ( Tel . 656489768 ) because once the stay will not accept any claim.

    - Weekly cleaning will be done on Mondays from 11am to 3pm, provided there is no inconvenience on the part of our customers.

    - The apartment, in any case, must be vacated before 11 am

    - Ca la Trini Picotxa reserves the right to request bail of ? 100 in cash that will be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure , after review of the apartment, to respond to any damage and / or carelessness in cleaning.

    - Ca la Trini Picotxa reserves the right to refuse admission and the right to visit the apartment for any reason it deems appropriate.
